At the end of the day, there are some serious differences in the food product but one thing is without a doubt: an air fryer produces much healthier food than the old-fashioned kind.

There’s one caveat to this, however. If the food you put in is already super high in fat, you’re not going to reduce it by much when you’re using an air fryer.
