Mario?...
My take on some of the themes found around Luigi's Mansion together with a little bit of Super Mario World in the middle of the mix. Originally intended for this to be out before Halloween, but it got a little bit delayed xD
Definitely one of my favourite soundtracks ever, so it was a delight to remix it and to mix in some parts like the GB Horror and minor things from the exterior theme and E. Gadd’s Lab ;D
I arranged this in Cubase, and I used a lot of East West Symphonic Orchestra instruments to cement that horror feeling, like the french horn, harpsichord and xylophone. Also for those curious, Plogue’s Chipsounds was used for the chiptune sounds, and I used NI's Razor for the bass ;D
This was also the first time I made a visualiser to go with my music, and it’s basically what convinced me to invest in After Effects ^^;
