SOLING WORK
Soling work is the process of laying a strong and stable base over the prepared ground before casting the RCC floor.
It involves placing well-shaped stone aggregates or bricks tightly packed on a leveled and compacted soil surface.
The gaps between the stones are filled with sand or fine aggregates and properly watered and compacted to achieve uniformity and strength.
Soling provides:

RCC FLOOR –
RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) floor is constructed over the prepared soling and PCC base to form a strong and durable structural floor.
It consists of cement, sand, aggregates, and steel reinforcement bars placed as per structural drawings.
The process includes:
Laying of reinforcement steel with proper spacing and cover
Shuttering or formwork arrangement
Concrete pouring with specified grade
Mechanical vibration to remove air voids
Proper curing to achieve required strength
