Try out this Ekadashi Special Medu vada which are super crispy in the out and soft inside with burst of fresh spices.

Nos - 12 to 13

Ingredients :

250g sweet potatoes
250g potatoes
½ tsp sendha salt
1 cup water
½ cup sabudana or tapioca pearls
Sendha salt to taste
1 tbsp finely chopped green chillies
1 tsp grated ginger
¼ cup roasted finely crushed peanuts
Some finely chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
½ cup sabudana powder or tapioca powder
Oil for frying
