We recently published a video showing how we fitted a larger (quieter) back box as an alternative to the standard one. We were subsequently asked if we could show a comparison with a standard back box. This video compares the two and measures their dB outputs. Many people will love the original loud sound of the straight through style exhaust but making the car quieter does make it feel more civilised and refined. We use the car regularly and prefer the quieter sound, especially on the motorway.
