This series of videos documents themes pulled off the StepMania-converted Pump it Up Prex cabinet formerly found at Wahooz Family Fun Zone in Meridian, ID (formerly Boondocks). Where these themes came from, or any information about the history behind them I haven't the foggiest idea.

This cabinet itself had been converted to run StepMania 3.9 on a Dell Optiplex 745 when the original MK3 computer died, using an old keyboard PCB as an encoder for the pads. The original foot PCB boards in the pads were heavily modded to make the arrows light up when pressed.

As goofy as the end result was (from the perspective of a dance game enthusiast), I have nothing but respect for the tech who put it all together - I could tell he had plenty of passion and wanted to do what he could to get the cab up and running again, props especially for doing so during a time when there wouldn't have been nearly as much information/content out there for this kinda stuff. I remember he had plans for other things he wanted to do with the cab as well (namely getting cabinet lights working) that he ended up never getting around to. Too many other things to fix, not enough time.
