No Bootable Device - Insert Boot Disk And Press Any key - Troubleshoot & Fix

A "No Bootable Device Insert Boot Disk And Press Any Key" error message usually means that the drive is either failing or dead. In rare occasions it could mean the boot order inside BIOS was changed (indicated by "A boot device not found - Please Install an Operating System On Your Hard Disk"), or it could mean that the boot sector is corrupted. In this case the laptop hard drive was dead, so a replacement is the correct fix. In this tutorial I show you how to troubleshoot the exact problem so you can easily fix it yourself.

The laptop in question is a HP Pavilion 15-CS3001NA. In a separate video I have shown a full tutorial on how to easily replace the hard drive with a recommended SSD for increased performance and speed.
