Director's Cut is longer, with more personal details and extras, for me (the Director). I took The Shadow Creek Trail to Ediza Lake in the spectacular Ansel Adams Wilderness. The trailhead is on a PCT junction and I hiked a .9 mile connector on the John Muir Trail.
