🍽 Sweet potato souffle-
4-5 sweet potatoes
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup light brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup whole milk
4 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. salt
(Topping: 1 cup light brown sugar, 1/2 cup all purpose flour, 1 tsp. cinnamon, dash salt, 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans, 4 tbsp. melted butter)
MAKE: Preheat oven 350F, Boil poatoes, drain. return to pot, mash, add all ingredients, mix, sprinkle topping over top. Bake 45-55 minutes. Add mini marshmallows on top, broil 1-2 minutes.
🍽 Crockpot mac-n-cheese-
In crockpot, add cooked and drained elbow pasta (2 cups) Add 2 cups shredded cheese, 1 cup provolone cheese, 1/4 cup parmesuan cheese, 2 tbs sour cream, 1/2 cup mayo, 4oz. cream cheese, 12oz. can evaporated milk, salt, pepper and 1 tsp dry mustard. Bake low until ingrediants melted together, about 2 hours.
🍽 Turkey dressing-
2 tbs. vegetable oil
2-3 chopped onions
4 stalks celery
2 tsp dried sage
2 tsp poultry seasoning
salt and pepper
1/2 cup milk
3 eggs lightly beaten
2 1/2 cup chicken broth or stock
2 tbs. butter
(MAKE: Preheat 400F, mix all ingriedients with cornbread, bake 30-45 minutes.
