River Simple Streamer 2024

A little basic streamer pattern for those big hungry trouts of the world. Works anywhere and works pretty well, evven though I rarely fish streamers in the river when I do its usually this little guy.

Hook: - Size 10-8 Jig Hook I used Hends BL120
Thread: - Fl.Orange or Fl.Red Semperfli 8/0
Bead: - Dave Downie's Depth Charge tungsten beads, size 2.8mm up to 3.8mm Silver, Black or Copper
Rib: - Silver Wire
Tail: - Sunburst Collection Black Velvet Marabou
Flash: - Definite Advantage Razor Flash Gold, Pearl or Gold Marble
Body: - CandyFloss Dubbing: - Black 2/3rds Hot Orange or Red 1/3rd at thorax.
Brush out to suit
