Ingredients :

For masala :

Pepper corns - 1 1/2 tsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp
Fennel seeds -1 tsp
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
Cinnamon stick - small piece
Cloves - 2 no’s
Kashmiri red chili - 3 no’s
Normal red chili - 1

For Mutton initial preparation :
Gingelly oil - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Mutton - 1/4 kg
Water - 1/4 cup ( 5 tbsp )
Kashmiri red chili - 2 ( optional)
Salt - 1/4 tsp

For mutton varuval :

Gingelly oil - 1 tbsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Curry leaves
Small onion - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves finely chopped
