Why Most Special Attackers Are Awful In This Pokemon Tier

This is my biggest project I've ever worked on in or outside of youtube so I hope you like it!
Special attackers are inherently stronger than physical attackers due to their lack of ways to have their stats reduced. If that is true than why are they almost always worse than physical attackers in shared power?
