The Best Vintage Oddball Sets Of The Golden Age Of Baseball!! Are These Cards Worth Buying?

With all the debate about appropriate terminology of cards, I'm not sure what terms are still acceptable. But, cards that are not from the mainstream sets, in the 1940s-1960s, are some of the best looking sets of all time. They're rarer than the Topps and Bowman sets, and the eye appeal is off the charts. Last week's question to MidLife Nation, was to ask what everyone's favorite "oddball" set is from this era. The response was strong, and so many of you mentioned some absolutely stunning sets. We review some of the favorites, discuss the key cards from each set, pop reports from PSA, and recent prices.
