I finally saw an allergist, and got some long awaited answers! Here's what happened in the appointment, and how I eventually got there.

Visual description: Max starts the video sat in their usual filming spot, wearing a grey and black dress. They then move to their desk and are wearing a black vest. They read the third letter also at their desk but in an evening, and wearing a navy sequin snowflake jumper. For their fourth letter, they read it in bed wearing a grey hoodie. They're next seen on their sofa the night before their appointment in blue checkered pyjamas. After their appointment they're outside the hospital in a grey hat, white vogmask, and green coat. Finally, they're in their room summarising the appointment in a rainbow jumper.
