Skyasrappers has become an icon of modern development in today's time. Be it London or Paris, the people who earlier used to keep themselves away from skyscrapers, there is also a competition for skyscrapers today.
China has the highest number of skyscrapers in the world, followed by USA, UAE and than Our loved India comes at the fourth position. Today, skyscrapers boom is visible in many cities of India, be it Hyderabad or Mumbai, skyscrapers are being built on a large scale everywhere, which are going to rejuvenate the city of India in the coming times.
There are currently more than 300 skyscrapers in India and most of them are in Mumbai, New Delhi (with the NCR; Gurgaon and Noida) and Kolkata. The era of skyscrapers in India began with the completion of the LIC Building in Chennai in 1959. With 12 floors initially, it was the first high-rise building in the country.
