Everyone are on the lookout for Aconite (a plant the Doctor wants for the shop quest) and it looks like Sequense 4, Mission 6 is the place to get it.

You can only get Aconite from the Borgia couriers, and it's a pain in the behind to find them sometimes.

About half the times I played this mission I encounterd either a courier or a pack of thieves. From the thieves you can get other items for other shop quests.
