The Deadworld Challenge- Pt. 10- The Long Dark

Welcome to DEADWORLD.

What is Deadworld? Well, the world... is dead. And I mean DEAD. Everything is DEAD. You are going to find yourself happy to find a STICK. That mushroom over there? YOU ARE GOING TO THANK GOD FOR THAT MUSHROOM! Why? Because everything is dead. No Rabbits, No Deer, No Wolves, No Bears, No Moose, No Fish, No Supplies, No weapons, but HEY! You don't need them, NOTHING TO SHOOT ANYWAYS!

You are wandering about, rushing from house to house, scrounging for food, trying to stay alive and BOY are you screwed! Here's the thing, there are no renewable sources of food. Nothing. What spawns is what you got. (well, I suppose some fish might wash up on shore occasionally. Let me know how that works out for you.)

Sooner or later, you are going to starve to death and nothing you can do about it. I even turned off the birch bark tea, so you don't even get a g'dam cup of tree bark to suck on.

You think you'll get by with "hibernation"? Might buy you some time, but I turned everything on maximum. Most you are going to get is a good eight hours of sleep before you start to dehydrate. Since all the resources are low, and the weather is set on maximum punishment, you'll never be warm again.

You even start off in a blizzard, naturally.

Why I'm posting this is because for the first time, in a long time, I died in the first two days. I only made it 1 day 19 hours.

Do you have any idea how long it has been since I died in the first two days?

Been a while since I actually felt any panic playing this game, let me assure you, and I know there are some people out there, just like me. You could use a little bit of a challenge. Get out of your safe zone for a while.

So a few other rules:

You start on random map. Where you wind up is where you wind up, but make sure you mark down which map you started on.

No badges. I'd like to keep the playing field level.
