I thought about experimenting further with my recreations of the Virus TI style Hardstyle supersaw lead with other synthesizers. This time I used Diva and it's digital oscillator (based on Roland JP-8000). The cool thing with Diva is that it has stack tuning, which means you can change octave on each voice stack (6 in total). By doing that, I was able to get more out of Diva in terms of variation and fatness. There are two supersaw (or multisaw in Diva) oscillators per voice, so when I added another voice I in turn get 2 additional supersaw oscillators in a sense. But be mindful of this since the more voice stacks you add, the more CPU will be used.

I also experiment with the onboard chorus and phaser FX. When I use the phaser, I make sure to disable the phaser LFO since I am looking for a stable point when I use a phaser and not "phasing". This is a trick you can use in pretty much any VST synthesizer that has an onboard phaser FX. If you're after a more darker tone, then using a phaser is great to achieve that.

I do use some external FX as well, including a soundgoodizer to fatten up the sound even more. But you can also use Maximus for more functions or even Xfer OTT to spice up your leads a little.
