Fasting is fascinating. It's a great way of challenging yourself both physically and mentally, and it's supposed to be beneficial in both ways as well.
I had only tried 36 hours before this, but I'm curious to see how far I can take it.
There are many forms of fasting, like dry fasting and water fasting, but this was a 0 calorie fast where I could consume anything that did not contain calories. In practice this meant coffee, tea and water.
