This video is intended to maximize use of your time on water when learning to foil in your first lesson. We will go through our progression training that helps you to transition from prone to standing on the efoil, and then to ride on the foil.

Our priorities on the day of your lesson are: (1) safety, and (2) fun. By following the steps that we teach you in this video, we can ensure both of these. Foiling follows easily if you can perform each step in this progression training.

All of our lessons at Hawaii Efoil Experience is a private group or single lesson. This means that you are paired with an instructor, and you will only be with people in your group. This ensures high quality instruction, and personal safety.
