Shops and businesses have changed on Washington Street but there's still a small town vibe. As one man says in this story, "I grew up in a small town of around 6,000 people and that's what Mission Hills is like--like a small town." Another woman says "I love Mission Hills--I feel like I've died and gone to heaven."
