It's better to be good: but is it more boring?

Christopher Hamilton is a Reader in Philosophy at King’s College, London, where he teaches philosophy, literature and film. He specialises in the work of Kierkegaard and Nietzsche, with focus on the relationship between moral, religious and aesthetic value. His is also author of Middle Age (The Art of Living) and A Philosophy of Tragedy.

John Milbank is a theologian and founder of the ‘Radical Orthodoxy’ movement. His books include The Monstrosity of Christ, co-authored with Slavoj Žižek. His most recent book is The Politics of Virtue: Post-liberalism and the Human Future, co-authored with Adrian Pabst.

Patricia MacCormack is Professor of Continental Philosophy in English and Media at Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge. She has published extensively on Deleuze, Guattari, Blanchot, Serres, Irigaray, queer theory, body modification, posthuman theory, animal rights and horror films.
