Everyday, what i do as i woke up is drinking a cup of water and have a walk in the yard. At morning, the dew from which falls on me, makes me feel a kind of different freshness within me. At that time when the birds such as peacocks squirrels cry, i also imitate their sound. Thereafter they listen well to the me without uttering a single sound like “who is this new guy that joined our crew”. So that makes me myself laugh 😂. At that times i think if the animals could talk....so that i could talk with them at the morning.

So when I looked in the morning, the winged beans on the border were a bit fertile. The young winged beans were just as edible and had a milky taste. At that time i saw that My tomato plants in the yard too have got some tomatoes ripened.And at that time when i saw the green cabbage pot, it made me so happy. For my cucumber plants also, its been like 3 months. When the flowers bloomed, the leaves of it started to get diseased. By that though the plants got diseased, i made some extract from neem(kohomba) and poured it. It wasn’t bad for humans as well as animals. Now it seems the cucumber plants have a significant growth and have some fruits beared. Cucumber flowers are yellow in color and very nice. The bees fly from flower to flower. This is a very beautiful scene in the morning. I cant believe that whether I quickly went and got ready and drank a glass of cow's milk and came here flying.

The first thing I did was to wash the crushed dambala and make a dessert. Though it looked like a normal watalappan the taste had a huge difference because i made it by mixing pineapple. When the taste of jaggery got mixed with it became more tasty.
Today at the lunch table I made a delicious tamarind rice with dambala(winged bean). For those who do not eat dambala, it's a good trick! By using some of the chili paste made on the previous day, and by mixing that to it gives an amazing smell as well as a taste.
Have you ever made a meal after plucking the vegetables and cooking at the same time. I love the feeling of freshness. The salad I made with a few young winged beans was perfeclty matching for the fried rice that i made..
Ok so here is the third trick, winged fingers. But for this you’ve got to use some fresh ones. You also try it, after applying it no one is able to say what is inside. And also very tasty. Everyday my habitual action is seeing my family happily eating what i made myself.

As father told i haven’t tasted such a watalappan. Actually very tasty. And you all should definitely make this and tell me about the taste.
