Baumstam - On Tour 1972 (Germany, Krautrock / Hard Rock)

The only album of the German band that played hard rock in the British spirit . The album is not "live " as you might think , as the name implies . The name is taken from the first song disc , which immediately determines the style of the group , asked a very tough riffs fuzz guitar. Partly slip characteristic of "Deep Purple" chips , for example, in "Lucky Strike". Exceptions to the overall style of the group - psychedelic "Hold Me" and "Last Letter", concluding "He's A Liar" perhaps, too . By 9 main album tracks added 4 cool bonus (record , though, pretty lousy ) the total duration of 27 minutes , two of them - "Arbeit" and "Leben" - in German , and the style in bonuses is not as straightforward hard rock, as on the main album , but with a much greater emphasis in heavy prog. The original record came with a circulation of 200 copies. At an auction in 2004 it cost 900 euros , setting a record at the time the cost of vinyl. This is despite the fact that, since 1994 , the album was reprinted several times on CD ...
