In this video, I show you how to address clashing sub bass frequencies in Ableton Live using some helpful tools by Melda Production.
The plug-ins used were MMultiAnalyzer and MDynamicEQ by Melda Production.

What I forgot to show in the video is that you can actually SEE the sidechain signal in the sonogram in MDynamicEQ – you go to "settings" in the analyzer pane and select "sidechain" (instead of "input" or "output" to see the sidechain signal in sonogram...it's super handy).

How is this different from standard sidechaining? Regular sidechaining pushes down the entire signal, but this one shows how to only push down a very specific frequency range.
