The event took place on August 15 in the conference hall room of Linnas Medical Center in Manama, the capital of the country.

The president of the organization Ala Uddin Nur presided over it. Nazrul Islam Nahid, joint general secretary of the organization conducted.

The program begins with the recitation of the Holy Quran. At that time, a minute's silence was observed in memory of the victims on 15 August.

Manzur Ahmed, chief adviser of the organization was present as the chief guest at the meeting. The keynote speaker was MA Hashem, General Secretary of the organization.

Special guests Mazharul Haque Nayan, Mostafa Kamal, Vice President Selim Dori, Md. Hossain, Selim Chowdhury, Abdus Sattar, Juba League President Mojibur Rahman, Bangabandhu Parishad President Babu Dulal Das, Sechchasebak League President Kabir Hossain, Sramik League Vice President spoke as special guests. Abul Bashar, General Secretary Rubel Mahmud, Vishnupad, Md. Musa, Zakir Miaji, Harun Bhuiyan Sentu among others spoke.

Welcoming remarks were made by Joint General Secretary Morshedul Islam.

The speakers said the Father of the Nation wanted to establish a society free from hunger and poverty without discrimination. Bangladesh has been established as a developing, dignified nation in the world by overcoming hunger and poverty under the strong leadership of Sheikh Hasina, the worthy daughter of Bangabandhu who dreamed of the liberation of the people of Bangladesh.

At the end of the program, special prayers were offered for the souls of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and all the martyred members of his family and the martyrs of the Liberation War and for the continued prosperity of the country and the nation.
