Training Workshop – Opening up R&I processes: Who to engage, and How?

In this second crash course of the REINFORCING project, we explored strategies for aligning research and innovation (R&I) with societal needs through meaningful stakeholder engagement.

The session focused on identifying societal needs and understanding how to engage the right audiences in R&I processes. Participants learned how to conduct stakeholder mapping to determine who to engage and how to prioritize their involvement. We also delved into strategies for inclusive engagement, ensuring diverse voices are heard throughout the innovation cycle.

Additionally, participants gained practical insights into effective outreach methods, ensuring that engagement remains meaningful and impactful at every stage of the process.

This workshop was designed for researchers, innovators, and professionals working in R&I, providing practical tools and actionable insights to identify and collaborate with the right audiences for more inclusive and impactful outcomes.
