The Horn Antenna — Lesson 2

This video lesson introduces horn antennas, which consist of a section of rectangular waveguide flared outward at the end so that the cross-section of the aperture is larger than the cross-section of the waveguide. Horn antennas typically offer wide bandwidth, very high gain, and very clean linear polarization.
