Weber Application Guide – Emix Easi Render 09, Emix Easi Base & Finish

E.mix Easi Render 09 is a high-quality cement-based render for application on brick walls, block walls and concrete surfaces.
E.mix Easi Base is high-quality water-resistant cement-based thin plaster especially intended for thin plastering or surface improvement works to concrete and block wall surfaces or as final coat on cement-sand plaster that is suitable for interior application only.
E.mix Finish is high-quality water-resistant cement-based thin plaster for finishing walls and ceilings that is suitable for interior application only.

SUBSTRATE PREPARATIONS & CLEANING
1. Ensure the substrate is clean, structurally sound, adequately true and level to achieve specified tolerances, free from contamination, loose particles, grease, lacquer, plastics or traces of foreign materials, and protrusions such as wood peels, nails, excess mortar or any joints with tolerance that cannot be covered by the thickness of plaster.
2. All cutting, chasing, fixing of concealed conduits, service outlets, fixing pads and the like and making good of the background are completed.
3. All concrete surfaces should be properly cured prior to plastering
4. Substrate is to be moistened overnight and at the time before the installation. No stagnant or frequent water flow on substrate is allowed immediately prior to installation.
5. Smooth substrate like reinforced concrete wall (precast or cast in-situ), surface preparation using weberprim SP1 bonding agent is required.
