INTENTION:
Use this spell jar to bring you confidence and courage in a specific situation or in daily life. Allow its presence to uplift you.

INGREDIENTS:

Jar of Choice

Black Pepper (fearlessness)

Rosemary (banish negativity)

Cinnamon (shielding)

Thyme (courage, strength)

Black Tourmaline (release fear)

Pen & Paper

Red Candle Wax


DIRECTIONS:

Begin by cleansing your space and tools. Meditate to clear your mind and try to sit with your shoulders back and your head held high.

Light your red candle when ready to set the mood.

Take your pen and paper and journal on the following:

1. Thinking about a recent accomplishment or success, how did it make me feel, and what strengths or qualities did I demonstrate during that time?


2. What are three positive affirmations or mantras that resonate with me and boost my confidence?


3. What lessons did I learn from a recent challenge?


4. What does a confident version of myself look like? How can I achieve this?



Begin layering your ingredients into the jar while reflecting on the intention of each. Feel that intention being placed into the jar. Feel your confidence grow.

Close the lid and pour your red candle wax over top. Feel gratitude for the increased confidence and strength.

Place your jar on your altar or next to your bed to gain this confidence while sleeping. Charge it before any big events when you need a surge in power.
