CompanyOn Tags and Medical Alerts –
CompanyOn tags/medical alerts allow you to set up all kinds of identifiers, whether it be for medical reasons or just to remind you about important information.
Why are medical alerts useful?
Medical alerts are extremely useful, as our minds are not machines. The fact is that we often forget appointments and tasks throughout the day, so taking advantage of the CompanyOn alert system allows you to ensure that nothing important slips through the cracks.
Why are tags useful?
The tag system is extremely effective if you want to establish patient details without having to spend minutes trawling through their profile. For example, if the patient was making an appointment in order to discuss their diabetes, you may choose to add a ‘diabetic’ tag to ensure that all involved have the relevant key details.
How do the tags work?
Head to account settings
Click ‘My Tags’ next to the tag icon
Click create tag
You can also create a tag straight from a client’s profile by clicking the tag icon next to their profile picture. Scroll down and click the ‘click me’ option next to ‘tags/identifiers’. You can then type a custom tag and choose one of 12 colors. Once a tag has been added to a client’s profile, it will appear next to their name on their profile thereafter, ensuring that you get all the information you need up front without having to search.
