INGREDIENTS:

Lamb mince 1 kg
onion 1 medium size
Cilantro 50 g
Garlic chopped 2 tbsp
Ginger 2 tbsp
Green chilies 3-4
Coriander seeds 2tbsp
Cumin 2 tbsp
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
salt to taste

ingredients for the dough

water 100 ml
sugar 1 tbsp
active dry yeast 7g
All-purpose flour 500g
Salt 3tsp
Yogurt 100 ml
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp
Water 150 ml
