♥︎ MONDAY'S WORKOUT CIRCUIT

■ CIRCUIT 1
Box Jumps to Push Up
Jumping Lunges
Push Ups
Squat Jacks
Overhead Dumbbell Carry

Repeat for 6 rounds, take a 2: 00 minute break, then repeat again for another 6 rounds*

■ CIRCUIT 2
Fire Hydrants
Glute Kickbacks
Glute Floor Bridge

Repeat 3 sets of 20 reps each leg - That's 1 round. I did 2 rounds of this*
