At Built Environment Skills in Schools, we really believe that the built environment has the potential power to change the world for the better in so many ways. From wildlife protection to housing, from smart technology to disaster recovery, the construction industry has a part to play everywhere. Today's speakers come from a range of disciplines and specialisms, but they all share a belief in better: the idea that things can and should be the best that they can be. Our eight speakers will be covering four topic themes: Environment, Technology, People and Emergencies. In between our topic sessions, we have three breakout hosts offering practical advice, inspiration and ideas for students to develop their own career pathways and experience.
