How does it work?

The primary target frequency is 40 Hz. However, if you keep listening to the same frequency too often, it can reduce its effectiveness. This is known as habituation. To overcome this, I have randomised the isochronic tones between random frequencies in the 39.5Hz to 40.5Hz range.

Headphones?

Headphones are not required for this session, but I always recommend them if you have them. They help block out any peripheral sound in the room, and I find the entrainment experience more powerful when using them.
