Nonton Tari Bali di India, anak-anak sampai kaget dan takut

Dalam rangka memperingati 75 tahun hubungan Diplomatik India-Indonesia, KBRI New Delhi mengundang WNI dan Public di India Gratis untuk nonton Tari India di Gedung Auditorium Kamani New Delhi.
Tarian-tarian Bali kali ini di bawakan oleh Penari Bali Asli “Geoks Art Space”, yang di pimpin dan diarahkan oleh Padma Shri Prof. I Wayan Dibia . Maestro Bali yang mendapatkan penghargaan penting dari President India tahun 2021 yaitu “PADMA SHRI AWARD”

KECAK IN INDIA
( Balinese dance composition inspirated by “ The Burning of Lanka) of Ramayana Epic.

• Kebyar Awignam
This musical composition is a new creation vocal music to welcome the audience as well
combining Balinese instrumental and as to seek blessing the gods for the
success of a performance. The Sanskrit word "Om Awignam Astu means hopefully there will be no obstacles. This is a newly created piece by i Wayan Dibia in 2024.

•Gabor Dance
The Gabor Dance, a welcoming dance, is a new creation from 1969 inspired by ceremonial dances performed in temples. This dance, performed in pairs by female dancers, is the work of a Balinese dance maestro and prince, I Gusti Gede Raka of Saba village in Gianyar District. Dancers: Ketut Maskardenawangi, Putu Kartika.

•Jauk Legodbawa Dance
Legodbawa is a story that tells of Lord Shiva who punished Lord Brahma and Lord Vishnu, who claimed to be the most powerful, by assigning the two gods to respectively look for the tip and handle of the phallus created by Lord Shiva. For this reason, Lord Vishnu changed his form into a giant pig. This dance was created by I Wayan Dibia in 2013. Dancer: I Wayan Gede Aditya Pratita

• Kecak "Hanuman Duta"
Kecak is a dance theater utilizing multi-rhythmic vocal music. Originally
Kecak was an accompaniment to Sanghyang, a trance dance. Only since the 1930s has emerged into a dance theater enacting the Ramayana story.
Tonight, Keak presents the story of Hanuman Duta.
Rama Wijaya, the prince of Ayodya, accompanied by his loyal younger
brother Laksmana, has lost his wife, Dewi Sita,
who was kidnapped by King Dasamuka
of Alengka in the Dandaka Forest. To confirm the whereabouts of Princes Sita. Rama Wijaya sent Hanuman to Alengka. On this journey. Hanuman managed to meet Princes Sita and before returning to Rama Wijaya he succeeded to set the Alengka Palace on fire. This newly created Keak is a work of I Wayan Dibia in 2024.
