This webinar is geared toward community members who want to learn more about security deposits in rental housing. SDVLP volunteer attorney Nick Cohenmeyer will discuss landlords' obligations and tenants' rights regarding residential security deposits, offer tips on how tenants can try to protect their deposit, and discuss steps a tenant can take if they believe a landlord has improperly kept their deposit.
