These cards really have been useful prompts, which has opened up some thinking for me.

Today’s card has left me really thinking about how far I have come on my grief journey but also how much it has affected friendships, and why.

Have you experienced secondary losses since grieving? I have had no energy to try and work on friendships that weren’t strong enough to make it through my grief, getting through each day was difficult enough.
