Simple everyday life: Daily vlog - Mushrooms omelette, Korean potatoes side dish, mushrooms rice

Daily life vlog. Started with a rainy Friday. And a lot of cooking. Made mushrooms omelette for lunch because I love both eggs and mushrooms. It was delicious. Also got some lovely plum blueberries for dessert and a mugwort mochi from Chateraise. Went back to my own place for the weekend. Decided to make Korean braised potatoes side dish (감자조림) again. I made a batch last weekend and it was tasty so I decided to make more. Also tried making mushroom rice using a recipe I saw online. I like mushrooms anyway. However, it turned out a bit bland. Maybe I didn’t follow the recipe correctly or there’s not enough sauce. I’ll try again next time and add more seasoning.
