rhythms of nature.
Mindfulness and wellbeing retreats are a fantastic way to escape the stresses of everyday life With de-stressing methods such as meditation, mindfulness, yoga, EFT, Disco Yoga, Drumming circle, Silent Disco, reiki, massage, detoxing and spa treatments, they enable you to return to your life feeling refreshed, energised, healthier and with a new mindset.

Prices for the Retreat start at
£295.00
(Using either the Grounded or Momentum Packages)
The retreat is full-board, serving delicious Vegan food. Drink and snacks will also be provided. (Food allergies & intolerances: Please tell us well in advance of your stay of any food allergies or intolerances you may have).

Grounded Package: Bring your tent and camp in our camping field, next to the lake, and immerse yourself into the natural surroundings.
Momentum Package: Bring your own camper van or caravan. We have electric hook ups on our farm yard. Please note these are not camping pitches. You are welcome to park on the camping field, without hookups, if you wish.
