Описание к видео The ERAS Death Spiral

For over two decades, the Electronic Residency Application Service has been the AAMC’s cash cow. As “Application Fever” intensified, fees paid by desperate residency applicants trying to get a job subsidized a dramatic expansion of the AAMC’s services. But now, that business model is under threat from new competition and an important change in the residency selection process. This video explains the threats to ERAS - and how they could result in big changes for the AAMC.
