Garden Railroad Wood Portal on Tunnel Between the Inside and Outside Railroad

Back to the garden railroad to get caught up on the cement scenery and the tunnel between the inside part of the railroad and the new outside part of the elevated yard railroad. This week the wood portal on the tunnel.

When last we looked at the outside railroad we had finished the wood benchwork and track as well as cutting the hole in the side of the shop and laying track and running trains from "Schitts Creek" inside the bathroom in Garagemahal to the Jimminy Christmas Mine area just outside.

As winter was closing in, we built the portal and, importantly, the door on the portal to keep the weather out and the cement scenery outside.
