RAJA AMPAT, Indonesia. The last Paradise on Earth!

Join me on an adventure in one of the most beautiful corners of this planet, The Four Kings, where time stood still and human impacts are still fairly small.
Many people call Raja Ampat the last paradise. It’s a name that does justice to it.

We sail towards the south of the National Park, Misool, we have an incredible view on the Puncak Harfat viewpoint. After that we go for a swim in my favourite secret lagoon, surrounded with high limestone rocks, while we have a 360degrees view of fifty shades of blue and green around us.

On our way to the north, dolphins join us for a while. We stop at Pulau Yeben and the Piaynemo lagoon in the centre of the park.
Once arrived in Wayag in the north of the park, we’ll take a look on the viewpoint of Mount Pindito, I’ll take you on a tour in the lagoon and visit one of the many small beaches in the area.
Blacktip reef sharks are among the local fish in the lagoon. Usually circling around the boat, waiting for some food scraps that find their way into the water.

We end this tour with a beach BBQ on the island Mioskon, which is back in the centre of the Four Kings, right next to the island Waigeo. The island is also known for its colony of flying foxes that occasionally uses the island as a resting place during the day.

I hope this piece of paradise may stay that way for a long time to come.
