As a landscape designer, for years, I have struggled to find a clean and efficient way to create soldier and/or sailor course banding on curved surfaces. With the help a few Sketchup Plugins, I have found a way to do it that looks pretty good and is relatively quick. I'm not an expert, and I realize there are probably better ways to do this, but for now this works for me. Would love to hear how you would do it in the comments or if this has been helpful.
