Fun shopping day for the new floor! Join us as we pick up insulation and aluminum sheets for our DIY ambulance conversion!

We're replacing the old floor, filled with too many holes, with fresh aluminum sheets from Metal Supermarkets (where we get all our metal) to prep for the next stage of building our ultimate 4x4 off-road expedition vehicle. On top of the aluminium floor, we will have a layer of insulation: 1.5" Foamular NGX C200 boards (we went to that specific store to get the C300 sheets since they were supposed to have 78 in stock but none was to be found in the store!!!). Soon, we will start building a comfortable and adventure-ready floor! 🛠️ Stay tuned for heated floors... 1" Coosa boards (To be delivered soon) instead of plywood with 1/2" PEC for the coolant from the hydronic system...
