Here's what I have done so far:
18: Graduated high school with A grades (1.4), majoring in English and Geography.
19: Spent 20 months in Australia learning about organic farming; returning home with $35,000 in savings from selling strawberries door to door. Choosing between world travel and University, I decided to invest the money into education.
20: Started studying Business Psychology at Hochschule Harz. Read ~100 books within 18 months about Marketing, Neuropsychology, Therapy, Persuasion and Personal Development.
21: Dropped out to start working for my first mentor, Maxim Mankevich in Germany.
22: Worked as an Online Marketing intern, helping launch https://akademie.maximmankevich.com/.
23: Started a marketing agency, writing direct mail campaigns for industrial paint manufacturers in Germany, inspired by the work of Jay Abraham. Quit the marketing agency. Started helping young men gain confidence in spite of acne or acne scars. Quit that. Struggled with indecisiveness and lack of commitment. Graduated from a public speaking training. Graduated from Toast Masters Germany. Gathered experience as a public speaker through the few first speaking engagements. Started exploring hypnotherapy and spiritual medium-work to heal what was holding me back from success.
24: 4 Failed business endeavors. Moved in with my grandparents to pause and explore what was holding me back.Took time for personal development, binge-reading and -listening to Eckhart Tolle, yogic philosophy and enlightenment, engaging in Ayahuasca inner work and relocating to Perú.
25: Started www.florianrolke.com, focusing on full-time content creation and coaching. Enrolled in RMT-Training under Tony Robbins and Cloé Madanes.
26: Not staying consistent with content production; suffering from isolation, lack of friendship and intimacy during covid in a new country.
27: Invested into rural property and started building my dream self-sufficient, hydro-energy-powered, permaculture homestead in the Andes of Peru.
28: Co-founded New Incan Empire S.A.C., a Peruvian pink salt exportation business.
29: Co-developed a coaching curriculum to help busy professionals overcome pornography addiction. Studying machine learning, AI and coding. Deciding to go all in on my dream: public speaking and giving live seminars. Started my online community "Self-Optimization Nation".
30: Documenting my thirties, committing to marriage, purity, and spiritual awakening.

Today: Continuing to grow my audience of AI Agency owners and helping B2B AI-Agency founders connect with more warm, qualified leads and make it easier to book meetings through warm outreach and in-person networking.
