Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene（UHMWPE),UHMWPE UD fabric is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber as the base material, evenly laid by automated equipment, impregnated with elastic polyurethane or rubber-based resin for bonding, or covered with polyethylene film to form a unidirectional UD layer, and then arranged orthogonally at 0°/90° in the fiber direction or multiple UD layers are arranged orthogonally at 0°/90°, and then heated and pressurized to form a composite fabric.

The product is widely used in soft bulletproof vests, lightweight bulletproof helmets, lightweight bulletproof armor plates, stab-proof and cut-proof clothing linings and special public riot control facilities. It is the world's strongest and lightest bulletproof material.
