What Happened to DeviantART? - The Need for a Similar Online Art Community

I've been so inspired to talk about this topic for a long while! What happened to DeviantART?
DeviantART was an amazing online art website that was really popular in the 2000s/early 2010s.

However it's popularity declined over the past decade, and it's left me wondering will there ever be an online art community like that again? I personally feel there is the need for a similar online art community.
