The best Bass Guitar Compressor To Use With The Bass Amp? How to hook up KT-76 with your bass amp

Testing KT-76 with the EICH bass combo. Usually, 1176 style compressors used on mixing board inserts, in this case, I´m trying to hook it up with the bass combo amp - to my surprise, it works quite well - it feels smooth and easy to play trough this setup-even response on four strings across the whole fingerboard. I like it better than any of the bass compressor pedals I tried before. However, this setup is not very practical for a live gigs - a lot of connections and additional gear required. I tested this setup in a medium size venue and enjoyed the results. In this video test A = my P Bass goes straight into the bass combo. Test B=P Bass goes into a preamp (Focusrite TrakMaster Pro) then into 76-KT from wich into ProRMP Studio Reamper DI Box (to match the impedance levels of respective gear) and, finally into EICH BC112 bass combo.
