Alright if you want to grow your chest, then here are my 3 biggest tips. Number one and arguably the most important, use a full range of motion. Unless you’re experiencing pain, there’s absolutely no reason to skip the bottom portion of the move, as all that does is remove the most beneficial part of the exercise where your chest exhibits the highest degree of tension. Control the weight all the way down on every single rep, and explode up with as much force as possible. Number 2, include exercises for all 3 parts of your chest. Most people like to think they have a crazy underdeveloped upper chest and so all they do is upper chest exercises, when in reality, the hard truth is your chest is just small to begin with. So in that case, always dedicate at least 1 exercise per week or even per session to each of the 3 portions of your chest. Finally number 3, keep your chest training short and intense. You don’t need a ton of exercises, and you don’t need a ton of sets. Take the ones that you are doing, and push them as hard as possible in the beginning of your session when your body is the least fatigued, and give yourself enough time, usually 3-5 minutes, in between sets to sufficiently recover.
